Vendor Registration — Magic City Fashion Week 2025

Dates: October 17–18, 2025
Location: The Pizitz Courtyard & Gallery, Birmingham, AL

Join us for Season VI of Magic City Fashion Week — a two-day experience highlighting fashion, art, and culture. We’re opening limited vendor spots for small businesses, designers, and creators who want to showcase and sell their products during Season VI on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 6-9pm, and 12-5pm on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Details

• Vendors must bring their own setup, including a 6ft table and chairs.

• Access to electric power is available upon request (please notify us in advance).

• Setup time and additional logistics will be shared closer to the event.

• Spaces are limited and curated for aesthetic and brand alignment.

Vendor Rates

• One-Day Vendor Pass: $50
  (Choose either Friday, Oct 17 or Saturday, Oct 18)

• Two-Day Vendor Pass: $90
  (Includes both event days)

Important Notes

• Vendors are responsible for their own table décor, signage, and payment systems.

• Each vendor will be promoted across MCFW’s digital platforms as part of our community marketplace.
